All Pure Hypr Audio Products are Warrantied for one year from the date of purchase.
Pure Hypr Audio reserves the right to replace any warranty product older than six months from the date of purchase, with a refurbished product in new condition.
To complete a warranty request, please email our Speaker Support team at info@zompers.com, with a copy of your purchase receipt and description of your concern.
Please include your phone number so we can reach you if more information is needed to complete your request in a timely fashion.
Pure Hypr Audio is not responsible for return shipping or disposal fees and such fees are the sole responsibility of the product owner.
Pure Hypr Audio cannot gaurantee shipping of replacement products that have received a tracking number from the shipping company.
